Hire and booking terms
- Mobil homes are designed respectively for 4 ,
- Any hire is registered to a name, and is in no way transferable,
- Fees include the cost of electricity and gas,
- Bed sheets, pillowcases and towels are not part of the contract,
- Booking becomes effective after payment of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total of the stay, a confirmation will then be sent to you by return,
- In case of cancellation more than thirty days before your due arrival date, 50% of the deposit paid will be retained,
- In case of cancellation less than thirty days before your due arrival date, the totality ofof the deposit paid will be retained,
- The balance of the cost of the stay (total amount - deposit) will be paid upon your arrival, no reduction will be given in the event of late arrival or early departure.
- A guarantee of € 300.00 will be required upon your arrival, it will be returned to you at the end of the stay, following inventory and inspection.
